What’s worth writing about
Corrections. A price that has moved, an auto-off duration we described loosely, a model that has been replaced by a new version. These are the most useful emails we get and they get fixed the same week.
Questions about your own home. A sofa blanket versus a bed blanket, two people who disagree about temperature, a machine that shrank the last one — send the details and we will point you at the guide that covers it, or write one if it doesn’t exist yet.
Manufacturers. We are happy to receive specification sheets, certification documents and fabric details. We do not accept payment for placement, we do not run sponsored reviews, and sending us a product does not buy a mention — we don’t test hardware, so there is nothing for us to do with it.
